…for Hisense Nordic, Taastrup
As part of an exciting period of development, Møller & Partners is seeking a structured, process-oriented and people-focused manager to lead the Nordic Sales Support function at Hisense Nordic.
Hisense is one of the world’s leading and fastest-growing manufacturers of consumer electronics and home appliances. With more than 50 years of experience and a strong focus on innovation and quality, Hisense strives to become the world’s most trusted brand. Our ambition is to continuously pursue scientific and technological innovation to improve quality of life and bring joy to millions of families.
In the Nordic region, the focus is primarily on White Goods (home appliances) and Brown Goods (TV and audio) across Hisense’s portfolio of brands: Hisense, UPO, Gorenje and ASKO.
About the Role
This is a position in which you will be responsible for establishing a well-functioning and efficient Sales Support function across the Nordics. You will be responsible for developing a strategy to ensure set up is equipped to meet the needs of an evolving market while balancing the requirements of multiple stakeholders.
You will ensure that team members can cover for one another when needed, enabling the function to operate efficiently at all times – including during peak periods. Alongside your team leadership responsibilities, you will also take an active role in the sales support day-to-day operations.
Working closely with your colleagues in Supply Chain and Sales, you will be responsible for daily planning and resource allocation to support operations across the Nordic markets, as well as for developing workflows and processes with a focus on optimizing customer management. This requires a strong understanding of the business and market developments, excellent organizational skills, a broad overview and, not least, the ability to remain calm under pressure.
The role offers excellent opportunities for professional development through close collaboration with Supply Chain and the Sales team. You will also act as a key driver of continuous improvement, strengthening processes and ways of working within the Sales Support function.
You will report to the VP Sales Nordics, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the regional organization due to needed close collaboration with Hisense’s organization in Poland.
About You
You are motivated by bringing people together, fostering collaboration and making a positive impact on the business. You understand the importance of delivering excellent service, whether to internal colleagues or external business partners, and you are committed to creating a consistently positive experience for all stakeholders.
You take pride in being a hands-on manager who actively contributes to the team’s day-to-day tasks. At the same time, you can take a step back to see the bigger picture and establish the structure, processes and framework needed to ensure that the Sales Support function operates efficiently.
Your educational background is not decisive. However, you will likely have a background in Sales or a related commercial function, combined with a sound understanding of delivery lead times, supply reliability and the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience.
You have
- Solid experience with SAP ERP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in EDI implementation, order process automation and customer enquiry management
- Experience in Sales Operations, process optimization, implementation and change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
We imagine that you as a person are
- Resilient, decisive and results-oriented, with strong interpersonal impact and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Structured and well organized, with the ability to prioritize, plan and drive progress
- Adaptable, flexible and persistent, even when frameworks, processes and responsibilities change
- Open-minded and comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in an environment where not everything is predetermined and change is a natural part of development
- A strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to build engagement, trust, team spirit and a positive working environment
- Service-minded and commercially focused, committed to creating value and positive experiences for both internal and external stakeholders
- Motivated by contributing actively to organizational development and comfortable working in an international corporate environment characterized by continuous change
