The Role

This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to the development of the strategy for Nordic Supply Chain operations. You will take over an established setup with solid foundations in place, while having ample opportunity to make your mark and drive further development.

You will be responsible for the Nordic Supply Chain function. Initially, we expect you to take a hands-on approach to daily operations, managing ongoing tasks while contributing to upcoming projects. A strong professional foundation in Supply Chain is therefore essential.

As Nordic Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure a stable and efficient product supply by coordinating daily logistics activities and continuously improving existing processes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and maintain an ongoing dialogue with the company’s logistics providers.

Collaboration with your colleagues in the Sales Support organization will be particularly close, as you share responsibility for daily planning and resource allocation across the Nordic markets. Together, you will also develop workflows and processes to ensure optimal customer management.

The position offers excellent opportunities for professional development. Working closely with the Sales team, you will help drive improvements across the Supply Chain function, strengthening processes and business procedures.

You will report to the VP Sales Nordics, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the regional organization, as you will work closely with the Hisense organization in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the development of the strategy for Nordic Supply Chain operations
  • Preparing and updating forecasts
  • Coordinating closely with Sales and Marketing on product allocation and forecasting

About You

You understand the importance of collaboration across countries and organizational functions, and you are comfortable balancing day-to-day operational responsibilities with a broader strategic perspective.

You are motivated to help shape and develop the future strategy for the Nordic Supply Chain function.

Acting as a business partner within Supply Chain, you work closely with the wider organization to ensure that deliveries are properly coordinated, prioritized and executed. You have strong collaboration skills and can coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensuring that commitments are met and Supply Chain activities effectively support business needs.

Personal Qualities

  • Proactive, ambitious, responsible and self-motivated, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with Sales, Finance and other stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented approach, with an understanding of cross-functional collaboration with colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Open-minded and comfortable working in an international corporate environment characterized by continuous development and change
